They dont fly off or have crappy parts. We loves these sabers. If you want to use the saber and not the battery during day hours, it also comes with a color sleve to use. They cost a little more , but for $20 they are awsome. They are easy to put on and off so changing is easy. Just dont stand or sit to close to the kids while they r swinging. BIG FUN.
Do not buy these if you are going to use with Clone Wars lightsaber duels. The sabers cover up the front of the wiimote. It does not work. I am returning them. They work great if you want to stand there and look cool while your character get their butt kicked because you cant make them move. But at least you have a cool looking saber in your hand.
they look pretty neat and my son likes them although they are kinda heavy for him to hold. he's 5 and plays with them on his Lego star wars game, the reaction isn't that great since the attachments cover over the Wiimote sensors. Overall, they are still a pretty good product especially with the lighting effect.
Sabres are not worth the money, too bulky and didn't work well with one duel game.
I would hate to see him on a wii fit. So he finds them to heavy and not sensative for lazy sitting on butt way of playing.
They were very simple to put together and worked right away. I think they are alot of fun.
These are really fun swords. He likes to play his sword games sitting down in a chair and just flipping his wrist around.
They make the sward wii games come to life and my little kids think it is really neat to see the swords light up and mover around, as long as they stay out of the way of the swing. Hubby on the other hand says they are to heavy and they are not sensative enough.
I keep telling him to get up have fun play the right way and get a little excercise while you are at it. So this family gives the swords a 5 star for me and a 2 star for hubby so I rounded it up to 4 stars.
